These trips are arduous, are you able to participate physically and mentally to help with trail reconstruction using hand tools? If not, what are your limitations?

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We work hard to make these trips happen!

Believe it or not, folks have signed up to join us, we have purchased food for them, and they have not shown! We understand that something may come up and plans change, but we need warning so we can offer your spot to someone else.

If you cannot attend a trip that you are confirmed for, we need 14 days notice. If you do not cancel in time, we will charge you $100 to cover costs of non-refundable supplies such as food and administrative time.

Exceptions to this fee will be considered on a case by case basis should a last minute, unavoidable circumstance lead to your cancellation.
